Privacy & your data
Last updated 7 August 2026
If we emailed you, it is almost always because you already have a relationship with Metaintro — you created an account, uploaded a résumé, or subscribed to our job newsletter. In some cases we reach out based on professional information you have made public.
We contact people when we have open roles that match their background and seniority. We did not buy your information, and we did not scrape it from LinkedIn or any other platform.
- Professional information: name, current and past roles, seniority, segment, location, and contact details.
- Anything you choose to send us — a résumé, your compensation target, your preferences.
- Our correspondence with you, and the feedback you give us on matches.
We use your feedback on individual roles only to improve the matches we send you.
We use it to match you to open roles and, only with your explicit permission, to introduce you to a specific employer. We do not sell your information. We do not share your CV or your identity with any employer until you tell us to, naming the employer.
Reply to any message from us with "remove" — or write to privacy@metaintrocareers.com — and we will delete your record and add you to our permanent suppression list so you are not contacted again. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold about you. No explanation required, and there is nothing to click through.
Questions about any of this: privacy@metaintrocareers.com.
